One of the most joyful ways to express our individual personalities is to surround our space with works of art that uniquely reflect our thoughts and desires and offer a personal glimpse into what is important to us.
Edie Seeman offers us just that opportunity at Stained Glass Reflections in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania (just a short skip south of our Finger Lakes).
A magnificent entryway to your personal space, a sparkling window display, mirrors, treasure boxes, unique lamps, prism sun-catchers, a bathroom window that makes you smile at every bath-time. This (and more) can be found at Stained Glass Reflections.
Visit the website and view the gallery at:
http://www.stainedglassreflections.com (or use the link in the right column)
There you will find Edie's phone number and other contact information.
BETTER YET, just stop in! Look over the array of possibilities, each one-of-a-kind, individual works. Or, EVEN MORE BETTER YET!, have a cup of coffee and co-create your own design with Edie. Mention the Beeline and HEY! you might even get a warmer smile (if that is even possible!)
A Bee Line From the Grapevine
A Bee Line from The Grapevine was begun as a grassroots endeavor striving to provide folks in the Western New York area access to 'spontaneous acts of interest' happening within the four essential aspects of social life: domestic, economic, political, and spiritual. It now (via email) reaches and serves more than 200 households of friends from Ithaca to Rochester and continues to grow organically.

Keep the Beeline Buzzing
We are looking for a community-minded individual or individuals to help the Beeline honey flow.
It's really a simple task. All that is necessary is:
1. Become an "administrator". (It's easy!)
2. Accept the Beeline list of over 200 families in our area and "remind" them once in a while to post their new information and/or simply check the Beeline for new exciting things to do in the Finger Lakes Region.
3. Check the Beeline occasionally and "knock out" out-of-date posts.
If you are interested in trying this, if even only for a limited time, contact me, Loren Nowak at nowak.loren@gmail.com
Thanks!

The Future of the Beeline...
.
.....is now in your hands.
.
Sarah and I have sucessfully moved A Beeline from the Grapevine from the old e-mail version to an easy to use Blog. It is up and running and starting to grow. However it is growing slowly. It is still my belief that, under the right stewardship and the participation of "members", the Beeline can become the ONE place we all check first each week to see what marvelously wonderful things are going on in the Finger Lakes Area.
.
If any of you are interested in taking on the easy job of Beeline "administrator", please contact me nowak.loren@gmail.com . You don't have to make a life long committment. Try it for a month or two!
Peace,
--Loren (with many, many thanks to Sarah!)

YOUR Music--Whenever You Want It
.
Free!
On Your Computer!
This fun website, www.pandora.com will create "radio stations" just for you--to listen to on your computer.
All you have to do is type in the name of an artist or the name of a favorite song and you will hear hour after hour of that artist's songs AND other artists who play similar music.
A nice way to find new music! If you want upbeat, try "Jack Johnson". If you like old acoustic blues, try "Cephas & Wiggins". These are two of my favorites.
My guess is that you will need to have a broadband Internet connection, but I'm not sure. Enjoy!
